Our team in Marshall is looking for a motivated individual interested in a part-time, FLEXIBLE cleaning position!
The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property, including but not limited to:
The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property, including but not limited to:
- Cleaning common areas, hallways, stairwells, and entryways
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting as needed
- Emptying trash and recycling
- Cleaning laundry rooms, fitness areas, and other shared spaces
- Spot-cleaning walls, doors, and fixtures
- Emptying and cleaning dog stations and occasionally cleaning up animal waste around the property
- Follow established cleaning checklists, documentation procedures, and work order photo standards
- Reporting maintenance or safety issues to management promptly
- Assisting with unit cleaning or turnover preparation as requested
- Pulling weeds in designated exterior areas
- Following all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
